They don’t get much more eclectic or symbolic than Janie Cactus. This hand-crafted piece represents survival. The beautiful cacti of the Arizona desert, the Saguaro cactus, knows how to adapt and survive in the most bitter of climates; and so does the beautiful Lotus flower which grows from deep dark muddy places, into a thing of beauty. Both of these charms represent growth, grit, determination and overcoming the impossible. This charm is also adorned with salvaged antique lace (A nod to the lead singer of a certain band) and gets its name from a song about an abused girl standing up for herself. * (I am , by no means, condoning violence, but it’s a wake-up call for abuse to end) The charm contains turquoise paracord, glass beads, rhinestone spacers, wood beads and silver plated /stainless steel charms. The cross charm represents faith in God. Janie would look lovely as a saddle charm, purse/bag/backpack charm, on a car mirror or anywhere in the stable or home. (Not recommended/intended as a bridle charm due to the length of the piece and materials used) Measures approximately 9 inches long.
